Dr. Daniel Asare
CEODr. Daniel Asare is a medical doctor, an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist, and a trained hospital manager with extensive experience managing various hospital establishments—from ultra-modern facilities to aging infrastructure, and from 300-bed to 2,500-bed capacities.
He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Kalinin Medical Institute. He later enrolled in the maiden Otorhinolaryngology course introduced by the West Africa College of Surgeons, completing his residency at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital with a Diploma in Otolaryngology (DLO).
Dr. Asare also trained at the Nuffield Institute for Health, University of Leeds, where he earned a Master’s degree in Hospital Management. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate diploma in Hospital Financing and Funding.
He has worked in Ghana’s health sector under the Ministry of Health and Ghana Health Service for over 30 years, 20 of which were spent as a hospital manager and CEO of two teaching hospitals. He is known for successfully integrating clinical service with hospital administration and introducing innovative management practices in public healthcare.
He is credited with the following achievements:
- Leading infrastructure development initiatives
- Driving digitization to implement paperless electronic health records
- Introducing the PPP Concept—private partnership with public supervision—for enhanced efficiency and capital injection
- Upholding principles of self-discipline, punctuality, and hard work
- Fostering openness and strong interpersonal relationships
Dr. Asare retired from public service in 2020. In May 2022, he was appointed by the President of Ghana as the Board Chair of the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA).
In January 2025, he was appointed CEO of the Euracare Healthcare Group in Ghana.
Professor Benjamin Dabo Sarkodie
Medical DirectorProf. Benjamin Dabo Sarkodie is a distinguished figure in Vascular and Neuro Interventional Radiology (VIR), renowned for advancing minimally invasive treatments in Ghana and sub-Saharan Africa. As an Associate Professor at the University of Ghana Medical School and a Consultant Vascular and Interventional Radiologist, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the field of minimally invasive therapies in the region.
He holds the esteemed distinction of being Ghana's first certified interventional radiologist. At Euracare, Prof. Sarkodie pioneered several groundbreaking procedures, including:
- The first endovascular treatment of a brain aneurysm
- Mechanical thrombectomy for acute strokes
In 2019, he gained international recognition when the BBC featured his pioneering brain aneurysm treatment in Ghana. His innovative spirit and clinical excellence have earned him a reputation as a leader in the field.
Prof. Sarkodie has a robust academic and training background with experience in Ghana, the USA, Singapore, and South Korea. He is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (WACS) and a member of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He is also deeply involved in capacity building in VIR. In 2020, he initiated Ghana’s first accredited VIR fellowship training program in collaboration with the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. He currently supervises the training of two fellows, nurturing the next generation of specialists.
His research focuses on neuro and oncological interventions, and he has authored numerous papers contributing to the advancement of VIR knowledge and techniques.
As Vice President of the Ghana Association of Radiologists (GAR), Prof. Sarkodie continues to advocate for excellence and innovation in radiology. His remarkable achievements and visionary leadership have made a lasting impact on patient care and medical education in Ghana and beyond.
Nadia A. Zangwio
Hospital DirectorNadia Ajediwer Zangwio is the Hospital Director at Euracare, bringing nearly eight (8) years of extensive experience in healthcare operations, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, and business development. She is a highly motivated and efficient Healthcare Operations and Administration Manager with a proven track record of delivering results.
She holds a degree in Information Studies & Psychology and an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana. Nadia also holds certifications in:
- Healthcare Management and Administration – Cornell University, Ithaca, USA
- Leadership and Management in Health – University of Washington
She is a member of the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI).
Prior to joining Euracare in 2017, Nadia worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive in the hospitality industry. Since then, she has risen through the ranks at Euracare, holding positions such as Client Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Chief Operations Officer. She also served as Operations Support Manager at Gold Fields Ghana (GFG) Hospital in Tarkwa, managed by Euracare since December 2021.
Nadia’s ability to influence, negotiate, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction has been consistently demonstrated throughout her career, making her an invaluable asset to the Euracare leadership team.
Aminu Sulemana
Human Resources ManagerAminu Sulemana is a Senior Human Resource and Administration Professional with over 15 years of experience. He has specialized expertise in human resource management, strategic auditing, business diagnostics, restructuring, and developing programs to improve business operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. Aminu also holds professional qualifications from:

- The Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants – Ghana
- Institute of Project Management Professionals – Ghana (Fellow)
He brings in-depth HR knowledge across sectors including healthcare, education, environment, project management, trade, and finance. His strong employee relations skills have contributed to successful outcomes in training, coaching, counseling, and management consulting across all organizational levels to ensure business continuity.
Boadu Gyamfi
Business Development ManagerBoadu Gyamfi is a results-driven professional with 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and sales. He has a strong track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
His expertise spans across hospital development, medical diagnostic imaging marketing, lead generation, and both life and medical health insurance. With a passion for sales and business growth, Boadu has established himself as a leader in the healthcare industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Geography from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. Prior to joining Eurapharma Care Services Ghana Ltd, Boadu held key roles including Sales and Corporate Affairs Officer and Marketing Manager, where he honed his skills in strategic marketing and revenue generation.
Currently, he serves as the Business Development Manager at Euracare Advanced Diagnostics and Heart Centre, Accra. In this role, he:

- Leads the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Builds strong relationships with healthcare institutions and key referring physicians
- Engages with local and international Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs)
